Long term freedom from pain is best achieved from the inside out, while short term relief can help you jumpstart your pain abatement program. One short term suggestion yields marvelous results. Ironically as a licensed massage therapist in the State of New York I am unable to administer this particular treatment, but that’s not going to stop me from empowering you with the information.
