Blue Mango Smoothie - About 2 servings

Ingredients
12 oz Silk ® unsweetened soymilk (or lowfat or skim milk)
1 ripe mango - slice the flesh away from the seed
1 cup blueberries - washed
1 tbsp Raw honey to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend all items in a blender until smooth.
VARIATIONS:
- frozen smoothie - freeze the sliced mango and blueberries in a single layer.
- Add 1/2 Cup plain non-fat yogurt (adds 35 calories, 9gm carb and 3gm protein per serving)

4 oz Non-Fat Plain Yogurt or Silken Tofu
4 oz Filtered cold water
1 cup berries (Blueberry and pitted Cherry)
2 tbsp 100% maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS
Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
VARIATIONS/TIPS
Use frozen fruit for a very frosty effect!
